AVOID SERVER NATALIE!!!
If you dine at this particular Bob Evans location avoid the waitress Natalie at all costs. She treated me horribly during my Sunday visit. I asked when my tardy order would be ready as I noticed she was serving the orders of customers who came in after me and she responded.....
"What's your problem? What's wrong with you? Do YOU have a problem?" in an angry tone.
She continued to belittle me right in front of all the customers even after I explained I was just wondering why others who came in after me were being served before me.
I was stunned. The other customers were all looking at me stunned as well. When I spoke to her Manager about the matter she continued to speak rudely to me right in front of him. She has a terrible ego problem and should never be working as a Server or in ANY Customer Service role. She belittles her customers who question her for any reason.
I didn't raise my voice nor did I use any inappropriate language or blame her in any way for my late order. I just asked when it would arrive. If you want to avoid a horrible experience and being berated and disrespected for no valid reason in front of other patrons and the staff and even the Management then avoid this location and Natalie. She's disrespectful of you as a customer as well as a human being.
When I told the Manager I wouldn't return until she's terminated she just let out a huge laugh in front of him and the entire staff, as if to say "I'll show YOU who's BOSS!" She clearly enjoyed "putting me in my place." It was obvious she relished denigrating me publicly over my request.
Natalie is a bully. Intolerant. And an extremely mean-spirited person. The last thing she is, is a dedicated, sincere server.
I never received an apology or acknowledgement of how poorly I was treated or why my order was late or when it would arrive. I didn't deserve her response nor her ignorant treatment I received. Obviously, my patronage wasn't appreciated by this server.
The Manager did offer a free meal to take home and promised to address this with his employee. I've been a 30+ year patron since the day this location opened. I'll never return. So much for honoring their logo:
"WE TREAT STRANGERS LIKE FRIENDS AND FRIENDS LIKE FAMILY"
Natalie will not only ruin your meal ... she'll ruin your entire day!
