I've been going to this place for the better part of 15 years.

Yeah, there's the occasional miss, but what do you expect from a family-owned/small time business?

The food is VERY good, and a (much) better value than anything else nearby. (The most expensive item on their menu is $9.00 for god's sake!)

The owners (Dan and Michelle) are also very cool people to boot.

Bonus: If you feel guilty about cheating on your diet, there a gym literally right next door!

Good food, good people, go check 'em out.

the food at china bowl is terrible i actually found a small bone in my chicken fried rice i wouldn't recommend that any one eat here

This place has great food! I have been going here for years now, and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, but I think most people take the food home because there usually aren't a lot of customers eating in. Their beef is delicous, as is their pork fried rice and crab rangoon, and the prices are reasonable. Lots of bang for your buck, and it does not leave you hungry an hour later with a headache.
