Went to Cetto's with my husband and son on a Friday night and got seated surprisingly fast after just a brief wait at the bar. The waitress was super friendly despite being relatively new, and our meals were absolutely delicious - I even got to tell the cook, Matt, how much we enjoyed everything. The portions were huge, prices reasonable, and the whole vibe was relaxed and welcoming, making it a solid choice for Italian food in St. Louis.
