had the worst experience with Feraros and found them to be rude and the food sub-par. I ordered 2 mushroom and spaghetti dinners, but was delivered meatballs. I called and told them that since I'm vegetarian I really couldn't eat what they sent. No problem they said- so sorry they said. 25 minutes later, spaghetti and mushrooms arrived. I say down and ate several mouthfuls before realizing it was meat sauce! When I called again I was told -our marinara has meat in it.
What? That is ridiculous- if it has meat it's meat sauce and should be indicated on the menu. When I mentioned -well we didn't eat the meatball and I told you we are vegetarians - and her response was -well what do you want me to do about it? Our marinara has always had meat in it. That is a really insensitive response. I spent $35 and waited almost 2 hours for a meal I COULD NOT EAT!
