I first experienced sushi at Nobu's in University City two decades ago and have been a loyal patron ever since, drawn back by the consistently fresh and delicious rolls. While I miss the convenience of their previous location, I eagerly anticipate dining at their new spot on the Delmar loop for another exceptional culinary experience. Nobu's stands out as the epitome of authentic Japanese cuisine in the St. Louis area, offering a meticulously prepared menu that never fails to impress.

The best sushi and Japanese food in St. Louis. We have been many times, including Valentine's Day dinner, and the food and service are always excellent.
