The service here is always friendly and quick, even during busy lunch hours, and the staff goes out of their way with kind gestures like handing out cookies. One time, when my order was missing an item, the manager handled it with excellent customer service by promptly refunding me and giving me extra treats. Even when mix-ups happen, like ordering from the wrong location, the team is incredibly helpful and makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

The service was quick and friendly during the busy lunch hour, and the value duet meal was affordable at around $7-8. Despite a minor issue with parking, the kind gesture of offering chocolate chip cookies to customers added a nice touch to the experience. The manager at Four Seasons Bread Co demonstrated exceptional customer service skills by promptly addressing a missing item in my order, going above and beyond by providing a refund, a baguette side, and a complimentary pastry.
