Payed a visit to Pretzel Pretzel and loved it!!!!!! Everyone was so friendly and the pretzels were warm and soft!!!!!

Called to order at 6 , kid says ummm
We’re open until 7 if you just want to come in
I drive over in 2 minutes to find they are out of food , very nice of the young man to tell me drive there to find out

Asked for a fresh pepperoni pretzel bc the one in their counter warmer was old and dry. They made a new one but then put the dry one from the counter in my bag. Luckily I saw it and went back in. No apology, just attitude.
