08/18/2025 - Tara P.
Bread is deceptively simple but mastering it is a real art, and Marconi Bakery's Italian loaf nails it perfectly with a crust that's just right and a light, airy interior. The crust flavor takes me back to those coal-fired ovens from the Italian bakeries up in North East NY and PA, the kind you'd find warm and fresh on a Sunday morning after Mass. Their pizza, made from the same dough, hits the spot with just the right balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings, and the fresh cannoli I had were absolutely fantastic - definitely a spot worth coming back to.

Bread can be tricky to perfect, but Marconi Bakery's Italian loaf nails it with a crust that's just right - not too thick, not too thin, and a light, airy inside that's not overly holey or dense. Reminds me of those old-school Italian bakeries in the Northeast where you'd grab a warm loaf fresh out of the oven in a white paper bag on a Sunday morning after Mass. Trust me, this loaf is worth every bite, so rise to the occasion and snag one today!
