• There is something truly special about molasses puff. Our recipe has been handed down from generations of candy makers. We use the Original Recipe from the mavrakos recipe book. Molasses puffs are 1 of the hardest confections to make - you cook molasses and sugars at a very high temperature, in very small batches -stir by hand, in a Copper Kettle. Once the candy is cooked, you add the final ingredients and watch the candy 'puff' right before your eyes! I discovered an amazing chocolate shop that completely blew me away with its selection. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I couldn't resist grabbing some truffles and toffee bars, which I absolutely loved. After visiting, I can't wait to go back and try even more of their delicious offerings!
