The food at Rice Thai Bistro is exceptional, featuring unique dishes like tall crab Rangoon sticks, flavorful yellow chicken curry with customizable spice levels, and a refreshing cucumber salad that pairs perfectly with the spicy curry. The small, cozy restaurant is run by a friendly couple who provide attentive service, and despite a limited menu, each dish is prepared with great care and authenticity, making it one of the best Thai dining experiences in the Ballwin area.

I recently discovered this amazing restaurant hidden in Ballwin just off Manchester, and I can't believe I hadn't found it sooner! The cozy atmosphere and personalized service from the owner, who also served as our waiter, made the experience even more enjoyable. The curry dishes were outstanding, especially the yellow chicken curry, and the dessert of sticky black rice with coconut cream was a delightful surprise.
