I was craving comfort food, and am a fan of mole sauce, so I checked out El Patron Mexican Grill. Only 9 minutes from my office for a quick bite after work. The mole sauce was rich and good. The food was just right without the usual overages on portion, cheese, and salt.
El Patron’s is a great find. My new favorite spot.

My husband and I visited he El Patron Restaurant in Keizer tonight for the first tim. Ed ordered the Mole Guerrera and I ordered the chili relleno. We ordered a couple of extra plates so that we could share. The quality and value of these meals were exceptional. Our waitress Suzanne was intelligent, sweet and attentive.I only hope that this amazing restaurant remains intact and alive, as the food is authentic and the value is excellent. Thank you El Patron!!! P.S. The margaritas were top notch!
