How is this place Still open drug dealer owner and tax evasion pounds of illegal weed down stairs Anthony Neal is a thief and liar. Dirtiest kitchen in salem there are holes in the floor no wash station for cooks i challenge them to have dates on food and challenge them to know the difference

On July 18 my husband and I wanted a late night meal after attending a Pentacle Theatre performance.We were at The Kitchen at about 11 pm. My husband ordered an Eggs Benedict breakfast and I just wanted a snack and ordered their seafood ceviche appetizer. I have a problem with spicy hot foods and specifically asked the waitress if there were hot peppers in the ceviche. The menu is notated with a "flame" symbol at each spicy item but the ceviche did not have a flame symbol. She said there were not hot peppers, but it came with obvious bits of Jalapeno and was too hot for me to eat.

We waited almost 40 minutes for our meal, and our neighbors, who arrived after us, were served first. When my husband's meal came, it was cold, potatoes and eggs. The waitress apologized for the wait stating that it took longer to make the Hollandaise from scratch. The Hollandaise was horrible, NOT Hollandaise at all, no lemon flavor and it tasted like a mild cheese sauce. We make Hollandaise from scratch and we know what it tastes like. AND, the "English Muffin" looked like a pancake, soggy and a much different texture. We were very much disappointed.
