The food is always well prepared and very tasty.
Please put a larger print menu on-line for us older folks with weaker vision! We order online often and find it more and more difficult to read the descriptions. Thanks and stay well everyone.

Ordered pollo asada tacos and got steak, no pico on taco as list would come with. Can't get the order right bad service.

Olga is my absolute favorite! I order togo from this place all the time and she now knows me by name and I love the way she treats me. The food alone is excellent but the service is as well. I live in Draper and this is my go to Mexican restaurant of choice, even when I move downtown or somewhere else in the valley, I will be making special trips to La Hacienda. If I ever have friends that want some good sit down Mexican food, this is the place I will suggest every time.
I hope La Hacienda stays in business for a long time and that I have Olga to greet me whenever I arrive. I love this place!!

I'm sorry to do this review, but it is important that you understand that are the customers who make a business successful or not.
My experience yesterday was the worst due to a woman named Olga.
I live in Clinton (An hour away from the restaurant) and I hosted a baby shower for a dear friend, she lives in Draper and we wanted a place close to her house to avoid her the hassle of driving. I called La Hacienda at 9:00 am, and the guy who answered the phone asked me to call later because he didn't know anything about reservartions, so I called back at 10:00 am and Olga answered the phone and in a rude way informed me that they could not make reservations on the weekends and suggested me to arrived early, so I did....I drove 1hr and arrived 20 minutes before my guest.
No one was in the lobby to greet us, several servers passed by to pick up menus without even looking at us. After I asked a server if anyone could help us Olga appeared. I asked for a table for 25 and in a derogatory tone she said "Ah, you are the one who called earlier"
I really dislike her way of talking to me.
She said " wait here until we fix the tables" after a few minutes she came back and told me "Your tables are ready, but you can't sit until you people gets here" I told her "I arrived early to decorate and it is already 1:00 pm" she replied "Are you listening to me??" " you can not sit until your guests arrive!" I ignored her and went to the table to quickly put the few decoration that I brought with me. Olga went to the register and my son and I heard how she spoke badly of me with another waitress.
We have celebrated birthdays there because it is the middle point between my friends and me, but after this experience, we will NEVER come back.
Our Server Daniel did and EXCELLENT job, he was quick, friendly and respectful, the owner of La Hacienda was also very kind.
I do not know what privileges that woman has to be so rude and arrogant with the customers, but, if she does not know how to talk or treat people, she should find another job.
