Although there food is great. Worst experience doing business with Aaron and his team. I hired Black's to cater my wedding almost a year ago. my fiance at the time was very skeptical that Aaron did not draw up a contract. He told me he "Had not drawn up a contract in years, not since he had to do one for Disney" After all was said an done. Black's arrive at the wrong address after I gave him the address and he insisted he had been there before. They starting serving at the wrong reception center was over an hour late getting to our venue. When it came time for some sort of restitution for what Aaron's staff failed to do. He dodged my calls saying it was because he was busy taking care of his kids, and going on vacation, having to go to therapy for back surgery. A lot of excuses when initially he was very apologetic and was willing to offer the world to fix what he messed up on. When the time came to settle on something. I just wanted some money back and it was small amount less then half of a deposit. He told me that his legal team would have to draw up a contract and I would have to sign it and promise to not defame or "blast" him on social media or any other site. I felt like that was absurd since it was his legal team that did not recommend him drawing up a contract to begin with. He said he was going to be there at the wedding as well to take our picture which he wasn't. At this point I can say his sliders are the best but he can be unreliable when it comes to returning phone calls and text. I would not recommend doing business with him outside of his public business with his trucks. I am disappointed that Aaron who says he has "morals and values" hid behind his words and would not provide a solution to the problem. The irony in this all is in all my wedding photos you see "Black's Sliders catering "The Black's Wedding".
