I have noticed a few negative reviews about this location, which surprised me given the exceptional service I've always received from the staff. They are consistently friendly and engaging, making my Sunday morning frozen latte routine a pleasure. Despite not being a high-end coffee spot, the drive-thru convenience and genuine customer care make it a frequent choice for my team and me. Keep up the great work, B&B!
