It's exciting to see a new restaurant open up in an area that has seen many close. Los Cozucos, a family-owned spot run by a father and son duo, has quickly become a favorite of mine; every meal I've had there has been spectacular. From the warm chips and delicious salsa to the expertly prepared enchiladas suizas and tacos, everything is made with the freshest ingredients, and I can't wait to try the molcajete that I saw at another table!
