Went to dinner with some women in my neighborhood. The waiter accidentally spilled a FULL glass of water on one of the women in our party. It was an accident, we didn’t make a big deal. The service was slow, but we were staying busy chatting. The salads came, I had asked for a couple things be omitted from the salad. It was wrong, another salad had the wrong dressing, one didn’t get her salad that came with her meal. While delivering the salads the waiter told one of the ladies that they were out of mozzarella, so caprese (pizza) wasn’t happening. He didn’t bother to let her order anything else to replace her meal. Drinks were left empty. We had to flag him down for everything. By the time we were able to flag him down to ask about an entree to replace the caprese the rest of our entrees were out. We asked for our checks a few times. We got our checks and the person who got the water dumped on them (and was still wet after a few hours of being there) had received a 10% discount. Really? So a member of our party approached the manager and asked about it. He said”I was the one who approved, she doesn’t have to get anything, it’s just water”. The lady then let him know our service hasn’t been that great, the manager then told her that “our service has been fine. “ The lady told him we wouldn’t be back. (Not because of the server, but the managers treatment) We all gave them our cards and checks for payment, he then came back and said, sorry the manager needs to adjust the checks and I need to reprint them. He came back and added 20% gratuity. Said parties 6 and over need 20% gratuity. (Online menu says parties 7-20) We then asked for the managers name, our waiter told us there are 3. One person in our group asked the small one(there was a language barrier, meaning younger one) and our waiter said, he’s a grown man. He’s not little. Then proceeded to throw all of our checks on the table. I was in the process of returning them to each person when the manager stormed over and told us to leave and that we had to go out the side exit. Get out and don’t come back. I stayed behind trying to get cards and he was yelling at me to get out, I asked if I could get my card. He said that’s your card isn’t it? I said actually no, they were all thrown at us and I’m still looking for mine. He continued to yell and tell us to get out, didn’t give us time to review our charges or even sign the receipt. I’ve NEVER been treated so poorly in my life.

Worst experience ever. We came for dinner and the service was terrible. There were 6 of us ladies and yes we were loud, but we were never disrespectful or rude - even when they made crazy mistakes. It was extremely slow. The waiter spilled an entire glass of water on one of our party. He had sat down her FULL glass of water and then knocked it over. She was SOAKED. And even with that we kind of laughed it off with him and didn't make a huge deal of it. Even though it took quite a bit of time to clean up - again she's standing there soaked. One member didn’t get their half salad that was part of their meal until we reminded them 3 times. One person didn’t get their salad dressing for their salad until the entrees arrived. One person got the wrong salad. It wasn’t until the entrees arrived that they notified me that my entree was not available. And they didn’t even ask if I wanted something to replace it. He just said “We’re out of mozzarella so the captées isn’t happening” and walked away!!! We had to flag them down to ask if I could order something and to notify them of the missing items - but by then everyone was eating their entree so I said I would just be fine with my salad but I did ask that the missing items that STILL had not been brought out for my companions would be brought out. He gave me a disgusted rude look and shook his head and walked away. We had to flag them down for anything. We waited forever for our checks and any other type of “service”. When the checks came we expected the person who got an entire glass of water spilled on their should have had their meal comped or at the very least a decent discount. I mean it was a completely full glass of water and she was SOAKED. But no. They gave her a 10% discount. A member of our party went to speak with the manager and was told “You’re lucky I gave her anything” She then explained that the service wasn’t good either and he said the service was “just fine.” He was incredibly disrespectful and I can’t believe he’s a manager. I mean the whole situation could have been handled with much more respect - he was rude from the get-go and offered zero apology. Then the waiter came back and said I have to reprint your receipts….they took the receipts and then went back and added gratuity to it. Just out of spite. They tried to say it was mandatory, but nowhere does it say that and they had already given us our tickets. They knew we were not happy and they were just being jerks to a table of women. If men were with us they NEVER would have done that I'm sure. The sad part is we still would have tipped them even with the terrible service and the incidents but they did that only to be spiteful. One of our party asked the waiter the name of the manager and he in a very rude tone said well we’ve got three and she said the little one (she’s a foreigner and meant younger) and then They got really rude and started yelling and told us to get out and escorted us out of the restaurant and told us “don’t ever come back”.
We’ve been here plenty of times and have never experienced such terrible service. The owner of this establishment should really train these guys - Timothy and Sebastian don’t have the customer service skills to be working here.
