My first experience with Aubergine Kitchen was at this location. I was not impressed and never returned. One year later, my daughters and I had the priveledge of eating at the Riverton location and I couldn’t believe the difference. The service was awesome, the food was remarkable and within 1 week we returned5 times! Last week I ate at the Sugar House location and again the food was excellent and the service, also. Yesterday we went back to the Draper location. How disappointing! All of the help seemed to be teenagers. Even tho the restaurant wasn’t overflowing with customers, we waited quite a long time for our food. The presentation wasn’t what it had been in Riverton. My daughter waited 25 minutes for a bowl. It was brought to her as I finished my food. We were amazed at the difference location made. I wouldn’t return to the Draper location, maybe have to try FUELED which is next door.
