History


Established in 2013

Syracuse Bajio was recently purchased by new owners, Tyson Anderson and Matt Gertge. As Bajio's are no longer a franchise, Syracuse Bajio is a stand-alone restaurant not associated with other Bajio locations. We offer the same great items that you love about Bajio, like Chicken Green Chili Salad and Pineapple Shrimp Tacos, with other great new additions that our chef Tyson has created. Try the new Smoked Beef Burritos or Carne Asada Street Tacos for example! We want to provide a great place for Syracuse residents to stay in Syracuse, as well as a destination from other cities to come and try the different twist that Syracuse Bajio offers! We also offer Kids Meals of corn dogs and chicken fingers for the little ones, and decadent desserts like Chocolate Mango Souffle and Vanilla Bean cream for adults. We strive daily to provide our customers with a great experience, ambiance, quality food, and company. Come give us a try, we are confident you will be back!

I loved this bajios. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The food was wonderful. I especially liked the mexican pizza and the piña colada whipped drink.
