When it comes to food, I am quite open-minded about where I choose to dine. Whether it's a restaurant, a small eatery, or even a food truck, as long as the sushi smells fresh and appetizing, I am willing to give it a try. Recently, I decided to venture out and try the offerings from Chow Truck, opting for a custom rice bowl with delicious unagi and teriyaki. Despite a slight excess of teriyaki sauce, the quality of the ingredients like the rice, vegetables, and unagi was impressive, making me consider returning for their well-prepared sushi rolls.
