The restaurant maybe small and not fancy, but the food is great. Best pizza and lasagna ever. My friend loves the meatballs. Give it a try, I hope you love it as much as I do.

The owner is extremely rude doesn't care about his customers or losing customers . The food is okay, just convenient when you want a cheap meal. Wonder how he even stays in business!!!

I would give this restaurant less than a one if I could. I called to order while I am working late tonight and was told that they would not deliver my order even though I am in a wheelchair and can't pick it up. The night manager told me that it wasn't worth it to him because he was busy and didn't have any other deliveries going north (to 195 S in Farmington, maybe 2 or 3 miles away on the same street). THe said that spending the time to make this delivery would cost him money and that my order was too small (well above the delivery limit specified on the web-sight) and one customer just wasn't worth it. This young night manager was extremely rude and hung up on me when I told him that not delivering a pizza to me would cost money because I would not patronize them again. He hung up on me. When I called back to asked for the owners name, Dave, the night manager lied to me and told me that he is the owner and that he doesn't give out his last name. Then he hung up on me again. Sorry, Pizza Perfect, you've seen the last of me. I'd rather buy from someone who respects their customers and appreciates business.

This place makes great pizza and sandwiches! The Philly Cheesesteak is my favorite. The owner will make you a sandwich off the menu to go with whatever he has out on the buffet. It's the best of both worlds...a buffet variety and ordering a specific item off the menu. My kids love the thin crust pizza. It's our go to place for taking the family out for pizza. Good stuff!

My wife and I have been going to eat here for several years the food is excellent along with the service we are always happy each and every time we go the owner Dave is always very friendly and goes out of his way to provide the best pizza we order.

My wife and I went there to eat and noticed two dogs in the kitchen. The owner came out and he looked like a street person, his clothes were dirty and he was very unfriendky........we walked out.........what a joke don't waste your money. By the way his prices are astronomical

Man, was this place bad! The food was average, and the cook was not in the best of mood the day I went with some friends. There's too many other places to get a pizza without having to deal with bad service, "I don't give a crap" cook or food I didn't enjoy!

Four of us had lunch at Pizza Perfect the other day and we were very happy with our luncheon. We had the buffet and the owner went out of his way to put items on the buffet that we wanted. He was very nice and the food was delicious.

We will go again and again. In fact I am eating there tomorrow.

This the best place ever to get Pizza Burgers a great Philly This guy will go all out to make you happy not sure where those other two went but this is a great place

I won't lie the food is ok but the owner is rude!! If you order the buffet they ask you what you would like on the buffet but then get really rude and selective about what they will actually put on there. The owner complains about people not tipping his "waitresses" but more than half the time you have to go refill your own drinks. The owner typically acts like you are a burden to them instead of a customer. We tried to loom past all the rudeness but I am done supporting someone who doesn't appreciate the business!!! Only go to Pizza Perfect if you like being treated rudely while your eating!

We have only been here twice, we don't know the owner like the previous post but the guy who was cooking the other night was rude too. The service was horrible!

If you haven't been to Pizza Perfect...GO! Don't let the building fool you. The pizza is great and they guy who owns the place is extremely nice. He'll even make you a hamburger if you want...which by the way are delicious.
