Craving shredded beef hard shell tacos, I made a quick stop to satisfy my hunger, ordering two with pico de gallo and guacamole, despite those toppings typically not accompanying the tacos. To my surprise, I was served carne asada tacos instead, which I decided to embrace since they were delicious, accompanied by fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. This happy accident only deepened my appreciation for the vibrant flavors, and with such excellent service and cleanliness, I know I'll return to indulge in those elusive hard shell tacos soon.
