The tortillas here, both flour and corn, are obviously homemade and some of the best I've had, with crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside potatoes and perfectly cooked eggs. The menu offers a wide variety of affordable options, including generous portions of Norteno-style dishes like tacos and enmoladas topped with fresh cheese and cream, plus complimentary chips, salsa, and caldo soup. The service is attentive and friendly, making sure everything is just right, which keeps me coming back time and again.
