I am a Natural Health Practitioner who enjoys taking my clients to LaFonda Mexican Restaurant to teach them how to eat healthy, and I am thinking of hosting a dinner in their meeting room to demonstrate how easy it is to make healthy choices there, like modifying dishes to suit dietary needs such as being a Vegan with dairy and gluten allergies and enjoying their California Fish Tacos with avocado instead of fish and grilled zucchini instead of rice, all while savoring VIRGIN Bloody Mary's and appreciating the wonderful staff, especially my favorite Rosie, who has worked there for over 30 years.
