My friend, practically a brother, visited while my wife was away on her annual trip with her college friends. He rarely gets out back in Kansas, so I took him to different local spots, including Picosos Peanut Company. The store had a variety of nuts and other treats, including their famous spicy Spanish peanuts, which we both loved. The owner, Gino, was friendly and shared interesting stories about the family business.
