We have eaten here before and the food has been good...except the flour tortillas are hard...the carne Guisada has been my favorite. The last time we were there I ordered the Chicken Monterrey and when she set the plate down in front of me, a horrible smell rose from the chicken...it was spoiled. I didn't have any cheese sauce on it...just the chicken. I took my place back and asked the server to smell it. She said she isn't able to smell much. I told her to have the cook smell it. In any case, they didn't charge me for it...or for the chalupas they hastily fixed for me. It ruined my appetite for chicken for a long time...I can still smell it.
