I was pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the Thai food served from the food truck. The pad thai noodles had just the right amount of kick and were made to order, resulting in a delicious meal. Despite the wait, the amazing flavors and quality make it worth the visit to this mobile Thai food spot open Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
