While passing through San Antonio, my friends and I craved some Mexican food near the highway for a quick stop. We knew from experience that the best Mexican joints are usually the local favorites, so we decided to give this place a shot. It may sound funny, but we were the only non-Mexican customers there - a good sign for authentic cuisine. The food turned out to be amazing, with generous portions and a friendly waitress. I'd definitely swing by again whenever I'm in the area for some delicious and affordable Mexican eats.
