Food has changed over the years! Was a lot better but still pretty good.

Great food. Love the pad thai & curry duck. Pad thai does not have heavy sauce like some places. Friendly staff. Owner often greets us personally when dining in. Prices seem very reasonable compared to other Thai restaurants.

Horrible Owner!! I ordered pad thai for lunch. I picked it up & took it to work. I had only 1 bite. It was waaaay to sweet, & there were no bean sprouts. After work, I went over to the restaurant, talked to the older female owner. She opened my food box, picked up my noodles with her hands and in front of me, ate it. I explained what was wrong with it.. she said i should of told them "less sugar". -how should I know that?! The owner said I should of called earlier. I explained that I was working! I cant be on the phone! I asked for a refund. She insisted on making me a new batch of pad thai. I told her I just ate at work, no thank you. She simply did Not want to refund me my money! I paid for a lunch that was awful, food that I didnt eat. I left soo upset. I called to see what else if anything could be done. The owner wouldn't even let me get food on a later date!! She yelled at me, saying I cant help you & hung up. She pretty much stole my money. The owner of Bangkok Cuisine simply did not care.. Im out of my lunch, out of my money spent and upset. Never again.
