My husband and I frequently visit this location and have to say, we have never been disappointed. These are definitely the best burgers in town. The staff provides excellent customer service with a friendly 'hello', they make suggestions from the menu, but not pushy.. The restaurant is always clean considering the place is always busy, not only with college students but senior citizens as well.
To the manager and staff: Keep up the excellent work and fabulous customer service!!

OMG!!! my first time coming to a dariy queen had the best burger EVER!!! And the blizzards AMAZING!!!! They have all this different kinds i could not choose from but thanks to the (Jamal) manager i finally got the chocolate extreme, now i know why they call it that :) sugar high eeep... "dq that's what i like about Texas" yum

The service at this Dairy Queen is absolutely horrible. The staff is LAZY, RUDE and I suspect function at an idiot level in life. After waiting in drive thru for 17min to get two small blizzards, the girl took my credit card and I had to wait an additional 10mins while she stood there gabbing with the other idiot that worked there. When I finally got my card back I commented on the poor service. Her response" Maybe you should not come here." REALLY... You thinks so Einstein???" Not only is this girl and idiot, I blame the management that obviously keeps her there for the occasional boink. Really dude, is she that good a boink that you are willing to drive away customers??? I work hard for my money and can choose to spend it anywhere. Guess what, won't be at the Dairy Queen in Live Oak.
