I have been a customer of this restaurant since 2001 - the grilled veggie pizza there is amazing. Recently, however, the service has dropped off considerably. Today was the final straw, though - the restaurant was a mess, poorly stocked, and the cashier/waitress was outright offensive after I called her out on overcharging me on our bill. It was an honest mistake on her part, but she became very nasty and defensive about it which further reflected on the rest of our meal. Prime example - when I asked to have the ice refilled in the soda machine, I was told that she would "do it later" (and then promptly got on the phone with her boyfriend, leaving me with no ice). Of course, when the next customer came in about 10 minutes later and asked the same thing, she immediately filled the ice for him. When we asked for plates to share our salad, the level of exasperation she expressed with me was ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and skip this place - I wouldn't consider eating there again (at least not until that idiot at the cashier is fired)..
