I buy their sausage in bulk, especially the Italian and German varieties, which are always plump, flavorful, and have a great snap. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's impressive to see the butchers working in such a clean environment. The prices are excellent, the service is quick, and the smoky aroma stays with you long after leaving-perfect for family gatherings or fundraisers.
