After two decades of regular visits, this Vietnamese joint serves the crispiest spring rolls and some of the best pho I've ever slurped in San Antonio. The generous portions of dishes like crispy duck and short ribs keep me coming back, even if the bones in the duck require a bit of a treasure hunt-plus, the friendly service and speedy lunch hours make every meal a winning adventure.
