One of my favorite seaside spots in OB is this charming cafe on the pier, where I can always count on a hearty and satisfying breakfast with a view of the Pacific Ocean. The rustic charm, friendly staff, and delicious, reasonably priced food make it a must-visit for anyone looking for a genuine beachfront dining experience.
