Discovering the office location for my favorite tortillas was a bit challenging, but the reward of enjoying fresh flour and corn tortillas straight from the source made it worth it. The service was exceptional and the tortillas were consistently delicious, providing a friendly and satisfying experience every time. Despite prior doubts, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of Hermanos Reyes' tortilla chips, surpassing our high standards and becoming our new favorite snack.

I had a bad experience here. Employee told me (phone) that I could make an exchange, but after driving 20 minutes to get there, I was told that I had to have the receipt. No employee told me about this and I was not about to drive back and forth again. The owner was inflexible; I just wanted to exchange the chips! I would have purchased 18 bags. Their chips are short dated, overbaked and the employees are mis-informed, The management is also lacking in customer service skills.
