I've been to the Aviara a bunch of times, but I always skipped Vivace because of the prices and all the other good food nearby. Finally tried it last night, and it was amazing. Had the three-course meal with pecan soup, pork pasta, and that super cool dry ice chocolate dessert. The attention to detail and quality of the food made the price worth it. Plus, they give you free fresh bread and truffles for dessert. The staff was so friendly and made the experience even better.
