Just Great food

The place was very good when they opened and I guess they got spoiled by their customers and no one cared to give feedback. It is a very unprofessional place where they can not handle the pressure of business. They treat takeaway customers badly because the food is cheap when you buy takeaway. People who take orders at the register always make mistakes and no matter what you tell them to do, food comes wrong and missing items on the plate all the time. I have addressed the issue to the owner, but instead of being apologetic, he tried to argue with me and said that they are very busy and they can not put extra small bread into the plate which I address to the register while giving the order. They have free tea in the restaurant that people can drink, since my food was taken away, I had to get the tea with my medium cup with a lid so the tea would not spill into the car. The owner sent someone to me saying that I can not put the tea in my thermos because it is for customers only:)) That was the funniest thing I have heard in my life and I just turned around and walked away. I was a regular at the place and was taking people with me when I go there and telling all my friends to visit this place for authentic middle eastern food. They lost a customer over a small bread and a cup of tea which does not cost them a 25 cents :) This is what I call unprofessional and small-minded business management. If you can not handle the pressure of the business and train yourself and your staff in a proper way, your business will go down eventually.
