Really disappointed and wish zero stars was available on this review. Such a shame because this used to be my favorite churrascaria in SD and driving an hour to eat here used to be worth doing. Over the last year the place has flushed itself deeper into the sewer, primarily because the management and staff have lost their way with simple etiquette and customer service. They ignore customers starting at reception, even having made reservations. Collectively the staff is rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. The churrasco is hit and miss but more often miss, as most meats are grilled to well or over-well and slow to be presented while all the time you are asked if you are ready for the check. This seems to be consistent even when the restaurant is 25-50% occupied. Might be wise of the owners to take a trip to back to Brasil and experience a refresher course on grilling and customer service at a real churrascaria then return with some training opportunities for the entire staff of this establishment. Having 7 bad experiences in the last year here, we will not return as it is a frustrating waste of time and money. Sad and very disappointing, I do not recommend Texas de Brasil.
