Marathon coffee is one of the best local coffee shops I've ever frequented. It is now my FAVORITE coffee shop in La Mesa. Whenever I'm in Grossmont Center I always stop for my favorite cup of coffee. Now he serves Mary's Donuts from Santee. I've seen people standing in line when he opens for that cup of coffee and glazed doughnut. Get there early for the best breakfast in town!
