After conquering Cowles Mountain, I dove into a mimosa flight and a breakfast burrito that totally hit the spot-fresh, fast, and bursting with flavor. The crew is so friendly and the vibe lively, especially on weekends when fellow hikers flood in, but the food and service never miss a beat, making every visit feel like a delicious little celebration.
