The food at this IHOP was delicious, with standout dishes like the healthy omelette featuring pesto, avocado, and small tomatoes, as well as an unexpectedly good Salisbury Steak with mushroom sauce. The service was exceptional, with our attentive server Miguel quickly accommodating requests, such as swapping fruit for hash browns, and the overall environment was clean, quiet, and welcoming. Additionally, there is a dog-friendly patio and a seasonal menu offering unique options like French Toast, making for a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.

The food was delicious and our server was exceptional, providing attentive service throughout our meal. The restaurant had a clean and respectful atmosphere, and we were treated well by the staff. The quiet ambiance allowed for a pleasant dining experience, and the quick service, along with the delicious food, made our visit enjoyable.
