The service here has seriously leveled up, especially the late-night crew-there's a superstar Hispanic woman who treats every customer like royalty and even offers to toss your old soda cups from the drive-thru (who does that?!). Plus, the kindness of the manager who noticed my handicapped plate and made sure my order was ready without a hitch just proves these folks go above and beyond, making me glad to pick this Jack in the Box over any other fast food joint around.

The late-night service at this fast-food drive-thru has improved significantly in recent years. The Hispanic woman who manages the late shift is exceptionally professional and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
