I decided to try Rubio's for lunch at the Navy Exchange food court, seeking a fresh and healthy option different from the usual fare. The seafood trio tacos I ordered, particularly the shrimp, left a positive impression on me. Despite the busy lunch rush at this location, the staff consistently delivers quality food with attentive service.
