I ordered a 16-piece chicken meal with sides to go, and the chicken was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly with that great roasted aroma and crispy skin. The sides were a mixed bag-mash potatoes reminded me of KFC's instant kind, the rice was a bit dry, and the mac and cheese had a chunky sauce, but the chips and queso were surprisingly fresh and tasty, plus the staff hooked us up with extra tortillas and chips, which was awesome.

We ordered takeout from El Pollo Loco and it brought back great memories from years past. The chicken was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, while the sides offered a satisfying mix, though the mac and cheese was my least favorite. The service was exceptional, with the staff providing extra tortillas and chips, making the whole experience enjoyable and memorable.
