Since the start of the year, I had been craving menudo and finally decided to try Menuderia Don Vicente, where the staff greeted me warmly and the atmosphere felt inviting. I ordered the menudo de rojo with avocado on the side, and the hot, flavorful soup quickly became one of my favorites, complemented by their well-stocked salsa bar and attentive service. Though the parking can be a bit tricky and the place gets busy, the large portions, delicious food, and friendly staff make it worth the visit-I'm already planning my next trip back.
