This Mexican restaurant off the I-5 in Carlsbad handles big groups like a champ and serves up some seriously good food. The queso dip is creamy and hot, the fish tacos are each uniquely delicious, and the enchiladas get a thumbs-up from my tough-to-please mom. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff going out of their way to make things easy, though I do wish the lighting was a bit brighter at night to warm up the vibe.
