The cole slaw served with the fish and chips felt like an afterthought-big scoop but pretty bland, definitely could learn a thing or two from KFC's recipe. Despite some awkward moments with staff and layout, the views, convenient parking, and solid seafood offerings made for a memorable evening at Bluewater Grill in Coronado.
