I kinda want to apologize because even though i was not there at this exact insident i know how management is and i am sorry to tell you but they lied about the managers name, his name is Jessie San Agustin i dont know who the other guy mentioned even is.

At approx 1040 pm on Dec 26, 2009 my family and I dropped by to purchase food from this MacDonald's restuarant. Cashier asked if our order was "To go or dine in". Prior to responding to her question I asked her what time does the dining area closes. She responded that they are closed at 11:00 pm; however, if we wanted to dine it that it was ALRIGHT. My family (5 children ranging from ages 3 - 9 yrs old and 6 adults) sat down to eat at the cleaner side of the restuarant approx 5 minutes later the lights in the section where we were all sitting was turned off. My husband went to tell the manager that we were still eating and asked to turn the lights back on. Store manager responded with sorry sir, we are closed. My husband asked can he turn the lights back on as we were not finish eating and he said again sir we are close responding in a sarcastic manner. Manager (Juan Carlos Marquez) ignored my son's question of sir what is your name? Not until after he locked the doors and went back around the counter, then grabbed his pen and paper to write his name down on a piece of paper. The manager seemed reluctant to provide us with his name and so did his subordinates. Manager has very poor customer service skills. I explained to the manager that we would have sat in the other side of the restuarant had the tables and the area been cleaned; however we decided to sit in the area closest to the restroom. We even had to clean the tables ourselves with our napkins. The restuarant tables and floors were very filthy. We were all eating in a dark area of the restuarant. This is the worst experience we have ever encountered at any restuarant. I explained to the manager that any other place would have kept their lights on as long as customers were still in the bldg. Manager's poor customer service has just degraded all MacDonald's restuarants creditabiity and integrity. Request that this manager be educated in customer relations to sharpen his skills. I realize that they were closed; however, someone should have forewarned us that the lights would automatically shut-off at 11:00 pm and to move to another section of the restuarant. I even took photos of the filthy section and the area where we all sat in with no lights. I do not recommend this MacDonald's to anyone. As a restuarant the area should be maintained in a more sanitary conditions. We have already informed our families and friend living in the San Diego area not to patronize this MacDonald's restuarant!
