After 15 years, we have eaten our last meal at the Marieta's in Santee. Last night, we ordered the sopa de tortilla (tortilla soup) and enchiladas rancheras, which is our normal order. The soup was so salty, after two bites it was tossed. There was no cheese at all in the enchiladas and they were equally oversalted. The only good thing were the chips and salsa. After several years of ups and downs on the food, we're done. We might try a different Marieta's, but probably not. So sad.
