The Mexican restaurant we visited for my birthday party had amazing food and fantastic service, making the celebration even more special. The Marieta's omelette I ordered was delicious and generously portioned, showcasing their authentic and flavorful cuisine. Despite a few minor issues, such as a longer wait time and cleanliness concerns, the overall experience was enjoyable and I would consider returning in the future for their excellent Mexican fare.

Two Taco plate with rice and bean's. Added Cheese/Lettuce/Tomato and grilled chicken and drank water. $19.00 Deff Not Cheap...

After 15 years, we have eaten our last meal at the Marieta's in Santee. Last night, we ordered the sopa de tortilla (tortilla soup) and enchiladas rancheras, which is our normal order. The soup was so salty, after two bites it was tossed. There was no cheese at all in the enchiladas and they were equally oversalted. The only good thing were the chips and salsa. After several years of ups and downs on the food, we're done. We might try a different Marieta's, but probably not. So sad.
