I was thrilled to hear that the Jollibee in Mira Mesa is set to reopen in the SeaFood City plaza this year, complete with a drive-through. My fond memories of visiting with my family, especially enjoying the garlic rice and longanisa for breakfast, make the thought of its return even more exciting!
